Potionomics: Masterwork Edition releases today for the PS5, Xbox Series and the Switch.

Potionomics: Masterwork Edition launches October 22 - Gematsu
Potionomics: Masterwork Edition will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch on October 22 for $29.99 / €29.99, publishers XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe, and developer Voracious Games announced. Digital pre-orders are available now for Xbox Series and Switch.
Potionomics first launched for PC via Steam on October 17, 2022. The PC version will receive a free update that adds the new content from Potionomics: Masterwork Edition day and date with its release on October 22.
Physical editions of Potionomics: Masterwork Edition will also be available for all console platforms. In North America, a limited edition will be available for $49.99, which includes a copy of the game, a physical version of the original 120-plus pages digital art book, a two-disc soundtrack featuring all 58 tracks from the game, and a set of 12 trading cards with new character illustrations. In Europe, a standard edition will be available for €39.99.

Potionomics: Masterwork Edition announced for PS5, Xbox Series, and Switch

Publishers XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe, and developer Voracious Games have announced Potionomics: Masterwork Edition for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch. It will launch this fall.
The shop simulator and RPG about the business side of potion brewing first launched for PC via Steam on October 17, 2022.
Potionomics: Masterwork Edition will offer a “bevvy” of new features, including voice-overs, Endless Mode, “Cozy” and “Capitalism” difficulty levels, and additional languages. The new content and features will also be made available for the PC version of Potionomics simultaneously with the release of Potionomics: Masterwork Edition.
A physical Limited Box Set will also be available for all console platforms in North America. Shop simulator and RPG Potionomics will launch for PC via Steam on October 17, publisher XSEED Games and developer Voracious Games announced.
The standard edition will cost $24.99, while the Deluxe Edition including a digital art book and soundtrack will cost $39.99. The standard edition will be available at a 10 percent-off launch week discount, while the Deluxe Edition will be available at a 15 percent-off discount. Both discounts will end on October 24.

Welcome to Rafta, a fantastical island abuzz with crowds of adventurers and powerful magics. Following the untimely death of her uncle, penniless novice witch Sylvia finds herself in over her head as she becomes the new proprietor tasked with keeping his potion shop afloat. Thankfully, she won’t have to go it alone as she learns the arts of potion crafting and salesmanship. Sylvia will encounter both helpful allies and challenging adversaries as she hones her skills to make her shop THE number-one potion destination in Rafta!
Potionomics is a combination deckbuilding and management simulator packed with colorful characters, vibrant personalities, and a charming story about personal growth and the entrepreneurial spirit. As Sylvia, players will need to learn how to brew the best potions in Rafta, sometimes through trial and error, and then market their wares to adventurers visiting their shop. Selling potions as a novice potion maker can be a daunting task, with negotiations playing out through a card-based system where players will seek to balance Sylvia’s stress levels while getting the most money they can for her wares. But worry not as many of these customers, including other shopkeepers, can be befriended for a range of benefits including learning advanced bargaining tactics! Depending on how Sylvia plays her cards, some of these customers may become more than just friends.

Potionomics is a game about the business of brewing and selling magical potions. Sylvia, a penniless young witch, must save her shop from the clutches of a debt collector, but she can’t do it alone. With the help of fellow merchants, fledgling adventurers, and an overbearing owl, Sylvia will master the art of potion brewing and the nuance of salesmanship to rescue her shop. After using magical ingredients to brew up a bevy of potent wares, the budding entrepreneur will wheel and deal to make sales with a colorful cast of fickle customers, all while tackling fierce competition and an ever-changing economy. Along the way she’ll encounter classic RPG creatures and heroes of all sizes. Sprinkle in some magic and players are in for a fantastical adventure unlike any they’ve ever experienced before!
