Quinlan was rambling about something or other to do with saving Obi-Wan’s ass, but Obi-Wan knew it was more a deflection of his worry. It didn’t exactly stop him from spiralling though, and after a few minutes of half exhausted quips in between Quinlan’s panic, Obi-Wan decided he was too tired and too relieved and too happy at seeing Quinlan to let him go on any longer. And besides, he did owe Quin a thank you for saving his ass.

Day 4: Psychometry/Wartime Love Letters Track: 'Don’t Give Up On Me' - Andy Grammer (Spotify / YouTube)
Hopefully you can understand the little story happening. These were some tough prompts to show with only visuals, but it was an extremely fun challenge and in the end I’m very happy with how this turned out!
A small hint on that stone though, I’m calling it an essence stone; a reflection of what’s most important to your soul. It’s extremely rare and not very easy to read or understand. And Obi-Wan picked it up thinking it simply a stone that reminded him of Quinlan, so he sent it to him none the wiser. And Quinlan, upon receiving it, thought it was funny that it reminded Obi-Wan of him, since to him it was clearly representing Obi-Wan.

The first is more accurate to the magazine cover vibes but the second is the fun one :3 And definitely no alternate much more risqué cover designs hidden in any drafts This is dedicated to a lot of those slightly cheesy films where it is all about the truest and weirdest loves that you know, from the start, are perfect. Destiny no matter the pressures or struggles or past. And truthfully this au has grown really far from there, but that would need to be another post at this rate.
And no, I did not come up with the magazine name. It is a very specific reference XD
