Short and quick Spoken Word piece I just wrote. It’s been over 2 and a half yrs since I last wrote and showcase one.
You should never give up dreams
Never pursue something you have no passion for
People may see media as a mickey mouse degree
Yeah so what? Should you stop pursuing your goals because of their opinions
If you are serious about media you hustle hard
Media is about who you know not what you know
Without networking it’s tough
It’s about building them connections
So what does creative industries allows us to do
express yourself freely through acting , singing , dancing, spoken word and many more
The hustle is steep but does take a while to get where you want to be
Stars like Kevin Hart grind through his dreams for 10 years by doing stand up comedian
Simon Cowell had struggles during his 30′s as losing everything he owned
What does it tell you ? nothing is permanent until you make the ‘impossible’
there is no age limit to be successful
Whenever talent you got pursue it prepare to take risks
You are not the first or the last because you can make your time to shine at anytime.
