Evras en waarom s'eksuele opvoeding belangrijk is.

Hou kinderen niet dom! zo gaan ze geen domme dingen doen! Als je Soa's, tienerzwangerschappen, mi'sbruik en negatief zelfbeeld wil tegen gaan. Geef kinderen dan se'ksuele opvoeding! Puberteit begint bij sommige kinderen al heel vroeg, dus het is belangrijk om te weten hoe hun lichaam zal veranderen en wanneer precies, en hoe bijvoorbeeld maa'ndstonden werken. Anders heb je een heleboel kinderen die verward zijn over de veranderingen van hun lichaam. Daarnaast moeten kinderen weten waar babies vandaan komen en hoe je soa's voorkomt, en moeten tieners voorbehoedsmiddelen hebben. Dat wil niet zeggen dat je ze aanmoedigt om dingen te doen, maar tienerzwangerschappen en soa's voorkomt.

Kinderen moeten weten wat voor gedrag van volwassenen, of oudere tieners, kan en niet kan. Zo voorkom je mi'sbruik. Kinderen moeten durven zeggen wat ze niet willen, en niet oké vinden.

Ik ben als kind open opgevoed. Hoewel ik het niet helemaal begreep zeiden mijn ouders dat volwassenen kindjes maken en dat ze uit de buik van mama's komen. Later in het zesde leerjaar werd er duidelijk uitgelegd hoe alles werkt en hoe je soa's kon voorkomen. En dat er niets mis is met ma'sturberen. In het middelbaar werd deze uitleg meermaals herhaald tijdens zedenleer en biologie.

In het zesde leerjaar leerden we ook over ille'gale dr'ugs, en hoe gevaarlijk dat is en hoe je neen kan zeggen.

Zonder se'ksuele opvoeding zullen kinderen allerlei dingen leren op internet en van po'rno. Foute verwachtingen, en een heleboel vrouwenh'aat....

Met andere woorden, hou kinderen niet dom, zo gaan ze geen domme dingen doen!

To celebrate Women’s History Month, The Classical Theatre of Harlem (CTH) and Playbill are teaming up for ICONS: Harlem Renaissance in Motion, a series of audio plays produced by  highlighting five Black women whose artistic work was central to the vibrant Harlem Renaissance. For the collection of plays, CTH commissioned Harlem-based playwrights to create monologues performed by Harlem-based actors, honoring the largely unsung voices of fascinating figures, especially women, who were integral to the cultural movement.

I am procrastinating by watching one of my favourite childhood series, Kulderzipken. It's a Belgian series taking place in the Medieval times but it's so weird

It features

- a very bad and immoral king (but also weirdly not, he threatens his daughter with two weeks without dessert if she burns down his castle)

- a devil who is very bad at being evil ( he prefers playing with his dolls instead, which pisses his mum off, not because it's not masculine, but because she wants him to be cruel)

-The first time we see the main character, your average peasant boy hero, he is putting a cabbage on his head (which he hates)

-the two main servants are the brothers Grimm and they have a weird metal bird thing on which they can record messages for the kingdom

- the clothes of many nobles look surprisingly historically accurate if it weren't for the fact that they all seem to come from different periods (except for the princess, idk what's going on there)

-the mother of the devil becomes the king's confidante somehow

- all of the decor is so ugly

-the Grimm brothers address everyone with "mister", on orders of the king (including, but not limited to: mister the young gentleman the devil & mister your daughter the princess (communist?))

All of that to say that I'm pissed off that tv program writers nowadays are too cowardly to write weird, wacky shit like this
