So here's some Mira Lore for you: she and Vrtra had two marriage ceremonies. One was a very small and intimate one in Ishgard and a bigger one in Thavnair for everyone. It was actually Vrtra's idea to do it because Mira was concerned about how to even wedding and she didn't want to leave people she knew from her homeland out of it.

And yes, Edmont was the one who did the officiating. Pretty sure being a former count gets him some good perks too, especially if the person involved is the savior of the star.
