Summary: The war is over. The Decepticons are no more. Megatron has fallen mortally ill, and the jaws of Autobot retribution are closing in. Soundwave will never abandon his leader. Last to follow chapter 3

My Tfp Ravage design made for @vsphelix third chapter of their superb work, "Last to follow". It's loosely based on the Fall Of Cybertron unused design, modified in a Tfp style and to stand out as a deployer of Soundwave. (No nose of course for noses are a crime in Transformers: Prime. —The "Prime" being optional 🪦—)

The fic is such a masterpiece that I was compelled to draw at least a picture for each chapter. I'd have liked to draw much more, as there are so many impressive, haunting scenes, but, alas! not enough time.

This one's Another captivating chapter full of revelations and heart-wrenching events, and of course Helix's impeccable sense of characterization, beautiful style and fluid, thorough storytelling.

This is a preview of the contribution of Team 20 for the Tf big Bang 2024. My drawings with the introductory poem by the brilliant and talented Vsphelix (ao3), who wrote a most impressive story that I cannot commend enough.

I cannot wait for the posting period for Helix's writing to bring beauty to this plane, and for me to be able to bleed out into praises about it.☠️

Last to Follow, chapter 5

The final image is totally shaded, obscuring the details. But if you read the story and watched my drawings, you know what happened to Megatron, and perhaps noticed this in my drawing:

Hip and legs corroded away.

So, after achieving his goal, this is the best Soundwave could manage to restore Megatron to dignity because Unicron has no taste with his limited resources and all by himself.

Fixed in the story and "outwardly" designed/modified to resemble his old frame, mixing the two. (those golden/rock chunks on the calves and the block around the hips were visually jarring and seemed like a hindrance).

I think that, given the possibility, Megatron would want something similar to his past chosen design, considering the horrified expression which he stared at his hands with after the reformat (which denotes several implications). So, I made that happen.

Last to Follow, Chapter 4

Another additional piece inspired by Chapter 4 of @vsphelix masterpiece, "Last to follow".

This chapter is a grasping, lucid dream which shifts from dynamic tense action to a deceptive peace, punctuated with sudden and unexpected, surreptitious and subtle yet well timed and aimed arrows of emotional load.
