The vultarath is a short, mostly-sea-dwelling specie of hominid from the planet Rheum. Their massive fins extending from their head/neck is used to maneuver the water gracefully and a natural electrical current flows through the "tail" that grows from the base of their neck. Their mouths are located on their sternums and contain small, sea-shell crushing teeth
