A really nice well equipped T6 Euro 5 in for our stainless steel exhaust and Pendle performance remap. This one as you can see from the dyno graph has been generically mapped previously, this has caused a high soot load in the dpf.😟 Service regen and some good hard runs on the maha rolling road got this right down. We can then install the custom remap. You can see the difference in the torque delivery now. Perfect. Came in at 162bhp and 318nm and leaves with 174bhp and 323nm. A beauty of a T6 Tsi 150bhp in for health checkups and tuning. We tuned this one with standard hardware last year, but is has now for our cold air intake system and air box and a sports cat and exhaust system. Made far better power and torque now but it’s got ignition pull on cylinder 3 and 4, so it’s need of a new set of plugs and being run on optimum 99ron fuel also will help. A nearly new Vw T6 Bi Turbo 6 speed manual having some PENDLE Performance and PpTuning love today. Customer wanted a new stainless steel system with our staggered black twin oval tail pipe. Then onto tuning. These euro 6 T6s tune very well with PENDLE performance software. This one came in with 198bhp and 407nm torque, Once Tuned on the maha rolling road this one came out with 275bhp and 518nm. That’s a increase of 77bhp and 111nm torque.
