personally, I liked Neighthan best with Frankie. they seemed to understand each other a lot. and if my memory serves me right, this is the first boy Frankie has opened up to emotionally. with Jackson/Holt and Andy, Frankie was the rock, in a way. so it felt refreshing to see her be on the receiving end for once.
