wouldn't ya know it, i drew the third. welcome in the new and improved wafer cookie! if you wanna see her friends and their own interactions w/ @potatotato-26's kiddos, head on over to this post here. i think these two would've had some beef, not like- arguments or anything, but silent glaring as they assessed one another. wizard is basically cat, and wafer is bird. there would be some suspicion on either end. but once vibes are assessed, it's frens. wafer has the bag of many trinkets of course. just don't touch her flip-phone. anything but her flip-phone and things will be smooth sailing. anywhoo, some funfacts about wafer. she's trans, she got that t-girl swag, and is also the oldest out of the girl trio. often taking on a sort of 'mom friend' but not really? lets just say she has her head screwed on tighter than the other two most of the time. gingerbright has been on the receiving end of a few head smacks. though those two tend to roughhouse every now and then. witch cookie has and will be picked up by wafer. just scooped up from under the shoulders and carried off. her color palette was inspired and kinda pulled from this post here. i really liked glitchgirl0812's recolor/sprite edit of wizard and thought it would fit wafer better than the og color scheme. check em out! i've also figured out the ages for all three girlies. in order from youngest to oldest. witch cookie(14), gingerbright(15), and wafer cookie(16). although, wafer has just recently turned 16, and is actually only older than gingerbright by a handful of months. close up of doodle here to end off this post.

okay, i'm done. i'm saying i'm done so now i'm done with this haha.

these aren't their actual colors- well, they are, in a sense. i just simply used gradient maps in order to get a better idea for how i would like all my girls to be colored. i'll finalize their colored designs another time, but the main focus of this was to get their base designs done. their silhouettes. i wanted to lean wafer and witch away from being just "swaps" of wizard and strawberry cookie, and instead try to base them more on their ideas. or well, make them their own characters? i know witch doesn't look "witch"-like, but if i'm to be honest? going stereotypical witch just wasn't working for her. and wafer is less "shy" and more "reclusive" if anything. bright didn't really change much? but i think it's fitting. i do like exchanging her dress for a more romper/jumper type of outfit though. also, also, more bows!! she's no longer a magic user but a charger, just like gingerbrave. i have the non-gradient mapped designs right down here. i don't know what else to say, hah. just really wanted to get these down somehow. we've all been in a creative slump this summer...

i'm probably gonna take a break, aka, step away from front. busy busy day tomorrow for us and i'll need to be fronting for majority of it.

after many tries, so many abandoned wips.... progress has been made!

the third redesign of my girlies from my "mixing bowl of fates" crk au is underway! whooo!! so sorry for the radio silence here, but we've all been super busy with irl stuff and had a pretty bad case of art block. also, hyperfixating on certain things, so uh- yeah. don't got much more to say, hah. probably will have more at a later date. hope you all have a good evening!
