Some rescues can be much more difficult than we originally expected. In todays #WAFFlashback Simon and some of our volunteers were called to rescue a duck and two ducklings trapped on a roof garden. Whilst we have done many of these rescues before, one little duckling showed us that sometimes things can be a lot more difficult than we first thought! #WAFFlashback
Orphan season is well and truly upon us and this is why we do it! In this video, you can watch a young red fox cub grow from a newborn into a very cute mini-fox! It's amazing how quickly they grow... :) Please SHARE! #WAFFlashback
The weekend is used by many people to catch up on sleep, and this little frog seems to think the same! Have you ever seen a frog yawn before? :) #WAFFlashback
Ducks and their ducklings get stuck in the strangest places and last year we were called out to rescue five young ducklings that had been swept down a storm drain. Maru, the vet, managed to squeeze herself through the drain bars and the search was on! #WAFFlashback
We're lucky enough to have a number of celebrity supporters at Wildlife Aid, and one in particular, actress Emma Thompson, is a big hedgehog fan! All of our orphaned hedgehogs are placed into our rehoming program, and this time it was time for Emma and her husband, Greg, to release two back to the wild! Make sure you watch the video to see what happened :) #WAFFlashback
