I have a question! How exactly do they scent like, what to they do to make it happen?
Interesting way to ask this question, hehe. Though I’m assuming you are asking how do people in the verse scent and what do they use to do it?
It’s more common stories or verses that Alphas and Omegas have what’s called scent glands. With these scent glands they release pheromones/scents that is specific to them.
I feel like it’s a reflex to Alphas and Omegas, kinda if you ball your fist up, so they can just think about releasing their scent they’ll do it. Scent glands could be anywhere. For me scent glands are at the wrists, behind the ears, neck, inner thighs, and at the nose. There are the mating glands were the scent is the stronger and it makes a bond between Alpha and Omega, that mating gland is at the neck.
The purpose of scenting is for intimacy or a claim between mates and family members. Like for mates it could be long and intimate, or for parents with their children it could be a quick nuzzle and scent at the hairline as they tell them goodbye for school.
