Top end single at 90% (230kg/507lbs) today, bar got away from me and made it feel/look more like 105%. Not following a program right now, just messing around and keeping things ticking over. Still not really enjoying training to be honest, hopefully it comes back soon.
200kg/441lbs x 10 I think this is a PB, but I lose track. I had a couple more in me but didn't want to get too spicy. Just messing around at the moment until I start another program, but this is why I don't self regulate; I suck at it.
255kg/562lbs for a new 1RM! Only an RPE 10.5. BW: 80kg/176lbs.
108kg/238lbs for my top triple today, after 100 and 103kg. Not a bench PB, but could be an all time PB for number of chins.
223kg/492lbs for a double. Done after 215kg for a triple. A little slow for my liking, and hips rose a tad early. Comfortable though. The denizens of easygym outdone themselves this time walking in front of the camera.
190kg/419lbs x 10. Then did 180kg for 5 triples as back off sets. Second week of Candito 6 week is a tough slog normally, let alone when you switch deads and squats around. 50 reps above 400lbs in one week is something to be proud of though
103kg/227lbs for three sets of 6. Not pleased with the pauses but could have been worse. At least my bench is moving in the right direction.
