200kg/441lbs x 10 I think this is a PB, but I lose track. I had a couple more in me but didn't want to get too spicy. Just messing around at the moment until I start another program, but this is why I don't self regulate; I suck at it.

185kg/408lbs for a set of 10.

Then did 187kg/412lbs for 5 triples. Bit of a spicy angle for my back, but looks worse than it was. I always have a tonne of thoracic rounding, but my lower back was dialled in fine. Think I earned myself a pizza tonight.

160kg/bout 🌲fiddy for 4 sets of 8 (Accidentally did 9 reps this set).

Forgot my belt so went beltless. The weight was really easy but by the fourth set my lower back and glute pump was so bad it was painful. All good fun.

185kg/408lbs for 4 sets of 6.

Still have jumpers knee, can’t really squat, and can only conventional deadlift for my lower body. So I had the (possibly stupid) idea of doing Candito 6 week strength but switching the squats and deads in the program so deadlifting is the primary lower body movement. Week 2 ten rep sets are going to ruin me. Let’s hope it works.

193kg/425lbs for two sets of 6.

I’ve got very bad jumpers knee, or possibly even a slight tear in my right patella tendon between my knee cap and shin, so conventional deadlifts seem to be the only thing I can do without pain. My training plans have therefore had to be scrapped, sadly. I’m going to switch over to a bench focussed routine soon and do conventional deadlifts to keep my lower body ticking over until I can squat again.
