Waige Appreciation Week - Day 6: Headcanon / AU 

PERFORMING SOON: IQEQ. 

They were drawn together by music, and through music, Walter O’Brien and Paige Dineen became one of the most iconic couples bands in the country. 

In the past five years, this talented couple has won three VMA awards, four BMA awards, two People’s Choice Awards, and have also finished the following eight albums:

I had a hard time choosing between my five favorites so I thought I would gif my top two and then mention my next three. 

My main reason for adoring these episodes not only deals with the amount of Waige content, but also I feel like, in these particular five episodes, Waige has the strongest connection. :)

Waige Appreciation Week - Day 4: Their Song

Just listen to it first before reading my explanation. 

I chose “I Told You So” by Carrie Underwood because I really feel like the message in the lyrics describes what must be going through Walter’s head while he’s driving to Tahoe. Though it’s a heartbreaking song, as of right now, to me, “I Told You So” highlights their current relationship perfectly. 

Walter has found love, and Paige will most likely be in denial of her feelings for a while. This possible role-reversal is very interesting, but I HAVE HOPE that Waige will be on the right path by the end of midseason. (Preferably sooner, though.) 

I started making a fan-video of this song, but I’m going to put it on the backburner for now because I feel like a lot of the scenes in 3x01 and 3x02 will work well with the lyrics so... probably after the premiere airs, you’ll be seeing a new video from me. ;)

Waige Appreciation Week - Day 2: Favorite Quote / Dialogue

While I do love every exchange shared by Walter and Paige, I love this one especially because of how playful they are with each other. It’s... different than most of their conversations, and I really love that. They’re both teasing each other, and I would really love to see more of that in Season 3 once they have their shit acts together.
