I’ll add to the Judi Jupiter lore b/c why not. Judi went on What Chaos! to talk about her experience interviewing them (which, god everything these boys touch just prints engagement). She said Will did the first video then stuck around chatting with her and her friends for a minute and it came out he was in town for hockey, so she made him film again. Then, he said his friend was outside & her friends told her she had to go out and “get them both.” So my interpretation of her What Chaos! bit is it was more Will trying to leave the convo than inviting her to come interview Mack, but she was happy to invite herself.

Mack also answered questions about it on Bay Area radio last fall. He said Will came out first and said “wait until you see this” before Judi arrived. Mack was also sheepish about how they just did what she said (all those spins). He said something like “people always ask why we did what she said, but like when someone is right there with a camera… anyway we just did it.” Mack’s interview was cute because he basically said they got to the locker room the next day and everyone was chirping them, and they were confused how anyone even saw it. I think those poor naive boys thought they’d do it & never think about it again, and were genuinely surprised that some street interview with a quirky old lady holding a bodega bag blew up like it did.
