On Sunday, the Dallas Wings waived former Ole Miss player and 2025 WNBA draft pick, Madison Scott.
Scott was selected 14th overall by the Wings in the 2025 WNBA draft.
The Golden State Valkyries waived second-round pick Shyanne Sellers.
Sellers was drafted 17th overall out of Maryland in this spring's WNBA draft. Valkyries coach Natalie Nakase on this move: “She picked up everything we asked her to, did everything that we asked. It’s just that I have to choose the best 12 that are going to fit. Doesn’t mean it’s the most talented, it means it’s the best 12.”
