Più precisamente, Funimation si fonderà con il marchio Crunchyroll e i contenuti di Funimation, Wakanim e VRV si sposteranno sulla popolare piattaforma di streaming, alla quale dà il proprio volto la bella e simpatica Hime.

Grandi notizie: gli anime sono stati potenziati! Funimation, che foraggia gli appassionati di anime di 52 Paesi e 10 lingue, si fonderà sotto il marchio Crunchyroll. Questa mossa comprende la branca di Funimation, Wakanim, insieme a quella di Crunchyroll e VRV, per dare vita a un servizio in abbonamento unico per i fan di tutto il mondo.

Questo significa che le serie che arriveranno durante la stagione primaverile (la più grande mai vista!) e da lì in poi si troveranno su Crunchyroll. Da questo momento, Funimation pubblicherà solo episodi delle serie che già trasmette, questo significa che gli utenti di Funimation vorranno spostarsi su un profilo Crunchyroll il prima possibile.
