Arthur felt shame burning in his cheeks as Vivi dragged him along from having nearly been eaten by a zombie. What’s wrong with him!? Freezing up like that and putting Vivi in danger?

It's been way too long since she's seen Arthur. Way, waaay too long. So what would be a better way to reconnect than to randomly show up with some pizza and video games like old times? It probably would have worked, too - if Vivi didn't just about drop everything in her arms when she saw two very, /very/ different Arthurs. Well. This probably wasn't a good sign. "...Do I even wanna know what's goin' on here?"

The one Arthur brightened immediately at seeing her presence, and rushed over, smiling wide. “Vivi! It’s been too long!” He chirped, stooping to help take some of her things. “If I knew you were coming I would’ve picked up more! I’m sorry about the mess! I’m just fixing everything up since I have the time.” He stood, before shaking his head. “Gosh- maybe it’s the absence but I swear you get prettier every day.” He turned and made for the table to set down her things. 

The one on the couch slid his attention to her and offered a shallow nod to her. He didn’t seem to have the energy for much else.

Closed; Chance Encounter

     “Are you looking for something..?” The teen had noticed Vivi around the area on a few occasions, and truthfully, he hadn’t thought much of it until this point. But for some reason, this time seemed different. “If you need help with anything, I can give it a shot.” Gregor hadn’t grown up in Amity Park, but in a lot of ways, it wasn’t so different from New York City. Just a lot less bustling, and far more supernatural.

     As it happened, he’d been needing to head out and run some errands anyway. So, if somebody needed a hand, maybe he could do that on the way. And if not, it couldn’t hurt to ask, right?

Things Byakuya had been expecting when he had purchased a small bean plant for his balcony: a moderate crop of edamame that he could use to flavor his rice for a few weeks.  What he hadn’t been expecting and happened anyway: For said plant to grow into the sky, to get caught in it’s growth  when he accidentally fell asleep outside, to find himself staring at the shoe of a giant girl who could apparently walk on clouds-!

...Essentially, everything about  this panic-inducing situation he found himself in was a complete shock. Which was likely why his mind was clinging to the idea that this was a dream as tightly as his nails were digging into the king-size mattress of a leaf he found himself upon. After all, he remembered falling asleep, didn’t he? And the idea of a giant (or regular-sized, if his subconscious wanted to fuel some terror into this dream existence) species of humans being able to walk on clouds was completely ridiculous-! Yet that didn’t stop the leaf from shaking along with the thundering footsteps of the girl moving forward, and there was no  sign of her falling to the ground below as she knelt down to have her enormous blue eyes meet his own. Swallowing an empty throat, he rationalizes it that his mind simply wouldn’t accept such an abrupt narrative.

“A...a-a very lucid dreamer, I am a-assuming.” He replied, his tongue uncharacteristically tripping over itself as he found himself at a loss for words. “...A-and you are....y-you happen to be...a...”

Arthur squeals in surprise as Vivi comes out of nowhere and bombs him with kisses. His face grows more and more red the longer he’s smooched, laughing and giggling in a high pitch and trying to hide his face in his hands. He wriggles and squirms on the couch, flailing in response to the love while trying to avoid kicking the girl. Thankfully, he remembers his ghostliness, and flickers into translucence. “Viviiiii,” he whines, peeking bashfully up at her from behind his fingers. How cute~

Spooky is in Season

     So, this is what it all came down to. This is what his life had become. Sitting in a haunted house people came by to get scared. No, his job wan’t even playing the spooky skeleton. His job was to sit by the door they kept the costumes and old relics in and make sure no one touched them. It was perfect, they said, all he had to do was talk and they’d probably get scared off.

      -it wasn’t even October yet, did humans like getting scared that much? 

     Alphys had convinced Sans that this was a great way for Papyrus to get to get some quick cash since he didn’t have a good job yet...

       She was grinning the whole time.

      “Sorry but, that room’s not for anybody but the dead.”
