#preventative measures#walking tables#so i have this severe phobia#and i cant even type the word here because it bothers me so much#but basically my phobia manifests in ocd-like behavior#like i have all these to keep my phobia from bothering me more than it does#like i have to turn the lights on and off and keep my door shut at all times and keep my toothbrush in a bag and look in every room#or i might have a panic attack#but like anyway my therapist was trying to help me and now i cant stop calling my phobia because i cant stand saying it#i just want everyone to use that word lmao it makes me feel so much better#jack stfu
