McCrees Missing Arm

So we dont have any clear story about what happened to mccreees arm that i know of. In the “Reunion” short after winning the shootout and tying up ashe and her crew she yells “ill have bob rip off your other arm” so now it has me thinking “did bob rip off the first one” in reality it might have been like blown off in a huge fight or something idk (ANOTHER THING) is that she probably knew about his arm before hand cause she didnt show any surprise to seeing it. If i saw an old friend with a prodtetic limb for the first time id be like “WOAH!”

But whatever happened this short is amazing and i love my dorky cowboy husband
