The Wonkaz students don't have time for messing around on Halloween!
The dorm's theme is Phantom of the Opera!
The students need to be cooking and selling sweets for the NRC event, that's their brand after all.
And as they sell sweets, at the end of the night they are free to mess around and steal the sweets that weren't brought from them! The other dorms need to watch out!

Based off the Chocolate Factory
Founded on the creativity of the Chocolate master.
Wonkaz students excel in alchemy and most of them have a sweet tooth. Only dorm members are allowed in it since Wanda became dorm leader. The only public part of the dorm is the chocolate shop that is also the chocolate maneuvering club. Students learn cooking magic there and watch the Umpa Lumpas work.
The dorm only has a dorm leader and no vice.

Personality:
Wanda is an introverted girl that tends to be quite extra when interacting with other people. She is very creative and is curious by nature. She goes the extra mile to go unnoticed; some of her dorm mates only saw her at the entrance ceremonies. The girl is a fairly good student, doesn’t like any of the teachers though.

She can turn anything in a chocolate treat by touching them, the flavor depends on the person or object though its not recommended to be eaten
Wanda West aka Flashling
Wanda West is the twin sibling of Wally West. After gaining powers after her brother's experiment she trained under Barry to be his side kick. She and Wally worked together for years but eventually worked solo to not forever be a set. Jay Garrick took a liking to Wanda and personally trained her as well. After she became a solo act, he gave his old jacket to add to her suit. Wanda was apart of Robin's titans in the 2003 series and was in young justice. Wanda was lost along Wally in the speed force. Wanda has girlfriend named Leshawna Goodwill and met her as a college student. Leshawna is now a scientist who helps in certain scientific endeavors.
Baby Titans AU
This universe is connected to the Teen Titans 2003 universe.
Au where Dick was taken in before the age of 10 like in the comics and incident happens years ealier.
Wally(and Wanda) got his powers earlier in this AU as well.
They're taken to the manor to train before they can become Titans.
They're taken care of by Alfred who becomes a father like figure for them.
Wanda West
twin to Kid Flash (Wally West)
her hero name is Velocity, her suit is similar to Wally West up until after their death, where the original flash (Jay Garrick) gave her a new suit. She is canonically lesbian and is dating a scientist. She didn't take up the flash name and doesn't work with the Justice League too much, she doesn't follow in Barry's footsteps like Wally did.
In the Teen Titans (2003) universe, she wasn't on the same Titans team as Kid Flash so they weren't seen as a set, she was on Robin's Titans
Young Justice Universe Wally and Wanda were on the same team, I haven't finished Young Justice but you should know that yes, she dies along with Wally for the same reason
