Outside of her Vigilance role she is a tattoo artist and lives in the more ghetto areas of Central city. Both of her parents are in prison her mother is in a mental institution for being unstable and almost killing someone. Her father is in prison for life for being affiliated in a drunk driving hit and run accident killing two young teenagers when they were crossing the street This all happened when she was a senior in high school she was eighteen, she moved out from the old apartment her parents were in and moved to her own apartment away from the ghetto area and finished up with school. And became a tattoo artist. With her own shop business.

She was out doing her night exercise runs where she was living she was close to STARLABS and was one of the few who were hit from the shock wave and was electrocuted. At the time she had dyed her hair rainbow and getting hit with a lightning bolt made part of her hair white

She didn’t become a member of the justice league until after the invasion of the Atlantean warriors invaded Gotham city and metropolis. So she was a vigilante for some time and flash knows of her and was introduced to the justice league by flash (Barry Allen) she created her own suit and with the help of star labs as well. She did also study engineering and design. Fun fact she also did a lot of cosplays so she has experiences in designing her own cosplay projects.
