whf knows how to cook, used to do it both for multiple people and then in the welles household (and you Know lupe was passing the techniques on) but cannot bring herself to do it for herself / hasn't cooked much in the past few years and has been permanently snacking / eating microwaveable shit
johnny is very MEH when cooking (and his diet was mostly drugs and carbs from alcohol before he died so he's really not in a position to criticize her eating habits) but absolutely will take advantage of the fact that whf's arm won't instantly smash onions to paste while trying to cut them (which his arm does/used to do abt 40-60% of the time) to make some japanese curry with synthmeat (one of the only meals he knows how to make; made it as a kid but that's when chicken was still from an animal) while she slips out (of the foreground of their brain) for a bit.
