Not dinosaur-wannabes like Stegron or Sauron (the mutant, not the LOTR guy), but honest-to-goodness real dinosaur villains!

Like Warbeast here, from 1963 # 2 (May, 1993):

Just how evil is Warbeast? Why, he's the real reason why dinosaurs became extinct - he wiped them out! You could've been riding a stegosaurus to school everyday if it weren't for this guy!

Now, imagine how much cooler the Ultra-Humanite would be if he next transferred his brain into a dinosaur body!!!!!!!!!!

The blind loyalty and brutish strength that typifies the average Orcs makes them valuable assets to anyone that is brave and cruel enough to control them. In the Scraplands, Orcs are captured and kept awake for long periods of time, while also grafted with mechanical devices to keep their wrath and violent nature focused away from their masters.

The end result is a mobile and powerful war-platform. With promises of freedom and solitude, the captured Orcs will do as they are told, wreaking havoc on enemy lines and acting as a command structure for the entire army.
