Happy Anniversary, handsome.
Honestly, if you'd told me twelve years ago when we first met that I'd end up here with the most stubborn, infuriating, brave, ridiculous, wonderful man in the universe—I probably would've laughed in your face.
Then again, I don't think there was ever really another ending for us.
You've been my best friend, my partner, my safe place, and the greatest adventure of my life. Through every impossible day, every loss, every victory, every quiet morning with coffee on the porch, you've been the person I've wanted beside me.
I know life hasn't always been kind to either of us. We've both carried things that hurt. But somehow, every year with you has made the world feel a little brighter than it did before.
You taught me how to be strong. That healing doesn't happen all at once. That it's okay to laugh after heartbreak. That hope can survive even the darkest places. Most importantly, you taught me what it feels like to be loved completely.
There isn't a version of my future that doesn't have you in it.
So today, on our seventh anniversary, I just wanted to remind you of something I hope you never forget:

My once-in-a-lifetime kind of love.
And if I had the chance to do it all over again – in this life or another - knowing every joy and every heartbreak that waited for us, I would still choose you. Every single time.
