Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup milk chocolate chunks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and beat until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a cookie dough forms. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Transfer the cookie dough to a well-greased 10-inch cast iron skillet and press it evenly into the skillet. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chunks on top of the cookie dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
