Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup milk chocolate chunks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and beat until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a cookie dough forms. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Transfer the cookie dough to a well-greased 10-inch cast iron skillet and press it evenly into the skillet. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chunks on top of the cookie dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Deep Dish S'mores Skillet Cookie straight from the skillet!

Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free brownie crumbs. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup honey. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped nuts walnuts or almonds. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whipped cream for topping.
Instructions: Melted chocolate chips and gluten-free brownie crumbs should be mixed together well in a bowl. To make a fudgy base, press the mixture into the bottom of parfait glasses. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. In the parfait glasses, put the yogurt mixture on top of the fudgy base. Add more layers until the glasses are full, and then put a layer of the yogurt mixture on top to finish. The parfaits should be put in the fridge for at least two hours so that the flavors can mix. If you want, you can add whipped cream and more chocolate chips on top before serving.
