Some of the kids Peter had played with the night before told him that a nasty old witch lived at this end of the street, so naturally, he had to investigate. The house sure looked like the sort of place where a witch would live, and anyone else might have been scared. He wasn’t, of course, and to prove it, he started playing his pipes. Loudly. Right on the front lawn.

[ fun fact, not only do I headcanon Hiei as asexual, but I also think that    his concept of affection is so fucked up that he doesn’t understand how    to relate to people if it’s not a competition. you want to be friends with    Hiei? you must fight him first to prove that you are both worthy of his time    and invested enough to keep pestering him. eventually he experiences    enough genuine friendships and matures enough to understand that it    doesn’t have to be that way, but honestly where’s the fun in that????

           He could see the darkness twisting around her heart clear as day,  except it looked unlike anything he’d ever seen before on any other world.   This darkness didn’t belong to that heart; not the kind that would turn into a Heartless once unlocked,  but it seemed to be something else entirely.  Axel wondered whether this was simply something particular to this world,  or whether it could actually be that Xemnas had missed something when it came to the realm of Darkness.   Even Axel could see that this,  whatever it was,  was bad.
