Wasp Wraith mimics Aux almost at all times as a way of learning. This include emotions at times. Though Wasp is capable on her own at displaying emotions, she’s more than happy to eagerly copy Auxephone’s as she sees her as a mentor and inspiration.

This can be quite annoying.

I figured this was a good of a drawing as any to introduce the relationship between Wasp Wraith and Auxephone.

Auxephone is the daughter of Tirek and is believed to be the most intelligent and well studied on villainry among the villain parenting group. Because of this, she has been tasked with teaching Wasp Wraith the ways of a bad guy as she'd just recently been permitted to leave Chrysalis's Hive, knowing nothing about the Equestrian world.

Wasp Wraith has an inborn instinct to cause havoc and chaos, putting Auxephone and herself in weird and dangerous situations. Though she's chaotic in nature, Wasp is also a sponge, and quickly picks up and learns how to behave like Auxephone, which is kind, gentle, and soft-hearted. The opposite of what she's supposed to be.

The small goat-like pony takes her escort role to Wasp Wraith fairly seriously, as she wants Wasp Wraith to decide her fate on her own terms. She's extremely protective of the giant bug and has to watch out for her constantly, letting her learn between bad and good.

Auxephone despises her role as a "villain" and often only keeps up the guise when with her father or others like Chrysalis or Sombra. She actually enjoys the ponies of Equestria as well as their holidays, rituals, mannerisms, etc. This being the case she is unaware that she's turning Wasp into a gentle giant by exposing her to the pony's Equestrian customs instead of teaching her to loathe them as she was tasked to do so.

This was just kind of a dumb meme I doodled in my sketchbook based off of that one Vine. I have a few more drawings that have to do with Wasp and Aux's relationship, so hopefully I can get those out sometime soon!

About

- Unable to speak normally due to her having a snake's mouth, Wasp has a very limited vocabulary and uses growling, vibrating, and clicking her oral mandible to create sounds similar to some words. This typically sounds like a horrific mix of cicada cries and a swarm of bees.

- Aside from clicking and hissing, Wasp Wraith also exhales toxic, paralytic gasses that she occasionally uses to communicate with. You have to be careful with breathing when she's doing so though, because of this she's typically advised to avoid this route of communication.

- Quite naive and ignorant of the world around her due to her being raised strictly within Chrysalis's Hive. She's only recently ventured out into Equestria along side her appointed aid, Auxephone. Aux teaches her many things: words, mannerisms, how to be villainous, the works.

- Many are intimidated by her sheer size as she towers many feet over most ponies.

- Her hind legs are very weak and she is unable to stand or walk in a bipedal position for long amounts of time.

- Though a giant intimidating beast to most, Wasp Wraith is more or less a huge puppy.

- Wasp's stinger contains a potent venom that packs a punch. One properly placed sting could pump out enough venom to kill hundreds of stallions. Because of this Auxephone has opted to place a small wine cork upon its tip for her own and others protection.

- Weak with her magic due to a limited life growing up, it's unknown as to how powerful she is with Chaos and Changeling magic.

- Her 8 pupils are able to divide into any of her 8 eyes, but tend to stay mainly 4 to each main eye. This being the case it seems her eyesight is more precise when all 4 pupils are in her main sockets.

- The large spine on her back is used as a form of protection. Wasp is able to ball herself up and throw herself into a deadly roll, crushing any thing or any pony that happens to be in her path.
