Apparently a yellowjacket decided to land on my Euphorbia (submammilaris hybrid maybe? The hybrid name had a slur in it so I don’t like to use it and idk what it’s a cross of) and just... died? The plant seems okay so I don’t think it ingested any sap unless it dried up really neatly to where I couldn’t see it.
I should also mention that the Euphorbia’s name is Gender Euphorbia.
tired of having to fucking battle wasps every other day because no one in this house wants to agree that 1) it's not normal and 2) there's definitely a nest Somewhere in the vicinity of our home

Semi related to your wasp problem. Here's a fun story from a year ago. My friend gets off the bus at my house every afternoon, and stays for a while. This time, there was a dying wasp by the window. She thought it would be a could idea to decapitate it with a knife. So she got a knife and started to cut, but the wasp grabbed the knife. We both screamed, she dropped the knife, and we took off in separate directions. To this day we don't talk about wasps.
