I hate that we have to fight so hard for first kill to get renewed. I mean it's nice to see the community come together and work so hard but we shouldn't have to do that. But we do it out of fear bc netflix cancels all their shows and a lot of their shows that have wlw content. It's like we can't even enjoy the show fully because we're hyper aware of what could happen, instead we're watching the numbers and we're worried about statistics and we're breaking our backs to promote and support the show in any way we can...just for a renewal? I just wanna watch my gay vampire show and thoroughly enjoy it without worrying about it being cancelled and that goes for all other wlw shows too
