Serara didn’t really venture off of Keanu Island much, mostly because it had everything she needed, but her excursion wasn’t for groceries this time, or shopping, or any form of entertainment.
No, it was a little bit more important than that.

...You know what he can do though? He can take out his anger on the fuckers who made this mess. Starting with the farm animals, WHO JUST PUT EVERYONE TO THEIR DOOM, WITHOUT EVEN THINKING OF SAVING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Hadyn comes slamming down from the sky, like a meteor impacting the ground; right on top of the fire Goddess, Keahi.
“ YOU SON OF A BITCH! LOOKIT THE SHIT YOU AN’ THE OTHER FARM ANIMALS DID! YOU BETTER FIX EVERYONE! RIGHT. NOW. ”

He could sense it. The way her body ꜱɪɴɢᴇᴅ in pain from across this goat damn ocean. She was trying to regain strength, despite the knowledge of how she is flammable to even her own powers now. Hell, he’d been sensing the waning change in her body for the last few minutes. There was something there, something that was harming her.. It left him feeling foul, with a gut-wrenching pain that screamed at him to get a move on. Keahi needed ʜɪᴍ by her side, needed someone to heal her after she sacrificed her whole self to regain even a partial strength more to what was her original power.
Water, why did he think this was a good idea? Separating himself so far from her with a sea that only he could gracefully swim through in one piece. Where only he reigned in supreme.. Did he truly feel so distant from his fellow goats, with his limitation to the land having been so little compared to his freedom in the sea. ..Now.. Now he felt the guilt stricken grief that banged at his fractured glass heart. That he would have been so foolish as to force her to succumb to her own faults.
He had to go -- even if it was foolish to do so. Kano had to reach her, and make sure she was safe after her dip in lava. ..More than likely he would have to cleanse her wounds, heal her scars.. A process that they’d repeated a few times whenever she stupidly harmed herself with her own fire. The Ocean was Kano’s toy, his home, and the only safe haven he truly knew. For the moment, it was his path as he walked across the top, the gentle waves flowing over his feet and soaking his pants.
The rest of the journey to Makana was a blur, time sped forward in a way Kano hadn’t noticed. Only the sudden over-bearing wave of heat could have taken him out of his thoughts of locating her. And, when he finally reached the volcano, his vision was overcome with an all too familiar figure in the distance, standing beside Keahi.
“..Keahi?”
“OI BITCH WHERE THE FUCK IS BURGER AND CHEESE AND BURRITO AND CHIP AND CHICKEN AND JEFF.” He shouts while, hanging on the edge of the boat.
Some time had passed since his arrival here. Others had come from his world as well, and his experience there had caused him some great degree of concern. Of all people, Eichi was perhaps the one most endangered by being here-- and the gods were just cruel enough to destroy his health even more with his housing placement. Could they even be convinced to show some mercy?
Chiaki had learned of the shrines and decided to visit Makana’s. Perhaps with enough positive energy, he might be able to reach the fire goddess, if she was even listening. Carrying a small basket, he waded his way to the shrine and placed the gift down.
“If you’re listening... I don’t really know what kind of offering to give a goat god. I figured that goats might like apples, so I brought some, but you guys are supposed to be surprisingly human, huh? I brought some cool comics from the book store too, so I hope you like them!”
He hesitated a bit before continuing. It was a bit awkward to be talking to seemingly nothing like this.
“You know, people from my world...aren’t suited for a dangerous place like this. I already came really close to dying, and now my friends are here. Tenshouin is...really ill. He’s in more danger than anyone. Um... If you could do something for my friends, I’d be very thankful. I’d do anything you ask! Just say the word!”
Laughing, he rubbed at the back of his neck
“But then, I don’t even know if you’re listening. If you are...Thank you. Please consider what I asked.”
‘.. ..Keahi what the heck.’
Kano stood over her, leaning down and looking at her fainted form on the ground. He felt relieved that she had made the attempt to come and visit him but, sheesh falling down from the fear of the water surrounding her wasn’t the brightest of attempts.. A simple shake of his head to and fro as he lowered himself down to her level and hoisted her up in the air. It was probably better to carry her out of here before she awoke and freaked out once again over being beneath the oceans depths.

welcome cat lady, your owner will be joining you soon
Oh boy...
The flickering presence of Keahi and Kano’s aura is very unsettling. He can almost see it from where he sits in his penthouse suite. The volcanoes are just in perfect view of the glass window before him. Ever since the renovations, a few things have definitely been off kilter; and Ferro is just trying to make the best of it.
What’s going on over there? Should he get ahold of Kano?
