When you see something & your artistic attention is captured by something simple as floor tiles... Then at second glance at this photo my attention is brought to the cross for obvious reasons ➕💡 ... // yesterday was a good day, but it was also a difficult day for me emotionally with work issues & difficult people. Being a Child of God a Christ follower, means you don’t compartmentalize God as needed... He should be the focus daily in every action, spoken word, and thought... #notw #guardyourmind #guardyourheart #watchyourtongue #watchyouractions When I see coworkers or people I know who proclaim to be a follower forget this, & it pains me to see it & sometimes endure it — they know not what they do. They should, guess they are still learning so grace must be given. It is still hard when they act like the world who is without our mindset/standards though. Yesterday my manager & HR saw that my happiness is not dependent on their implicit unjustness as they questioned why I apply for better positions in the company despite that unjust moment from them (meeting I’m “not allowed to discuss outside from them”)... I laughed inside! They want to set me up to fail by placing roadblocks. They thought I’d get back down! But I laid my beliefs straight on the table, I don’t work for them I work for God that is why despite their ill treatment toward me I don’t let my performance fall though my flesh sometimes fails me & sometimes I want to quit. Praise be to God if one day their eyes will be opened more, I pray they see the light. Colossians 1:10, Romans 12, Matthew 9:37 bc it’s not easy doing good always, Galatians 6:1, Ephesians 6:5-9, Colossians 3:23 — I pray I can find a better work environment soon though!
