The owners of this 1964 home in Arvada, Colorado like water so much, I don't know why they built their home surrounded by land. 5bds, 5ba, $2.5M + $17mo. HOA on 1.68 acres.

The living room area is so large, it kind of wraps around the house until it comes to the rocky hot tub area.

The kitchen and living room flow together.

I don't understand this thing in the primary bedroom. Are there real fish in there?

Then, there's this water feature in the bedroom, also.

I don't even know what to say about the en-suite.

Cedar closet with lots of shelving for all the towels you will need.

Here's a marble shower and steam room with 3 steam generators.

Very large home gym.

Plus, there's also an indoor pool.

There's a stable on the property for horses.

A patio plus 3 root-top decks.

Very complicated looking house.
