They felt dizzy and nauseated then just fell after we stood from our seats. They panicked at the time cause 'everything is literally spinning', they said.

Sans: “huh, I didn’t expect you to fall for me this quick.” Sans is going to be the perfect picture of calm. He’ll make you drink some water, and have you lay down for a bit. If the dizziness doesn’t go away, then he’ll have you call someone (whatever your emergency contact is). He’ll also be punning the whole time, but when is that new
Papyrus: do you have low blood sugar, didn’t get enough sleep, having an allergic reaction, having a seizure, had a stroke, brain aneurysm, did you just DIE??!!?!!?? Papyrus is having a (not so) internal monologue on what could’ve happened, and each possibility is worse than the other. Funnily enough, despite the panic in his voice, he’s moving/acting completely calmly
Star. Yea, he was trained for this, it’s pretty much half his job. You’re in good hands, and nothing bad will happen while Star is around.
Honey: depending on how severe your vertigo is, he’ll range from nervous soft talking, to the whistle noise of panic. He has a slight gap in his front two teeth, and he breathes harshly when he’s nervous, so it makes a slight whistle. The more scared he is, the louder the whistle
Red: internally he was a nervous wreck the whole date, like it’s going so good?? He didn’t think he’d get this far?!? Your dizziness will actually make him relax a bit, “ah yes, disaster, I planned for this”. He’ll take the same route as sans, and have you lay down until the dizziness passes
Edge: “are you dying? No? Then take a small break”. He may seem annoyed right now, but he’s actually pretty worried, and he’s watching you very closely. If it seems to get worse, he’s going to take you to the ER or have you call someone
Mal: if you haven’t seen his mom friend side, you will now. He’ll also be the picture perfect of calm too. Mal has this natural ability to stay calm in almost any scary situation. And he’ll do his best to keep you calm too, stress won’t help anybody.
Cash: “oh f*ck, are you dying?” He’s going to be pretty nervous, especially if you don’t know what’s happening either. Injuries and sick people scare cash, so he really isn’t the best for this situation. He’ll follow whatever instructions you give him
Oak: same reaction as sans but with more “f*ck my life” vibes. He low key thinks it’s his fault so make sure you reassure him later.
Willow: Unlike papyrus, his monologue is actually internal, so you’re not going to hear how freaked out he is. He knows quite a bit about human anatomy and first aid, so he can check you for stroke symptoms at least.
