i am not always a fan of character a hitting on character b while they’re working because Reasons but i mean, you can always swing it to be while they’re both there, drinking their coffee. i might write it sometime? but i’d probably blend the au with something else, too

i'm so glad you feel the same way about that ep, i thought i was being a Debbie Downer™ but knowing that someone else sees what i saw makes me feel better. i just didnt get it AT ALL. the characters were so ooc, mary basically replaced john, john was made out to be a dick, the pacing was poor and a lot of the scenes were COMPLETELY unnecessary. god i hope the next two eps redeem this series because i'm about to rage quit

I don’t think we’re alone by any stretch, I think a lot of people are as confused as we are right now.... all I can conclude was that, unless this show has MASSIVELY jumped the shark and done.. a complete uturn and the writing (and some acting) turned to crap, then there must be something more to this. there MUST be. I refuse to believe that episode came from the same quality of production as TRF, as TSo3, as HLV. It just, wasn’t. there is something massively up
