Ex-MMA youth fighter Tobin Cherny has a short temper and a strong fist that get her in trouble. One night of partying turns eventful after her best friend, Ani, is sexually assaulted, and Tobin takes the punishment into her own hands. After her father, the local college team coach finds out that his daughter has been keeping secrets from him, he, in turn, puts her on a short leash as he tasks her with helping him monitor and train his football team until she finds her way in life. Desperate to rediscover herself, Tobin gets tangled in bigger and more violent issues than imagined. Will this be the push to finding out who she wants to be in life, or will it be a major setback for her as she will be forced to leave her comfort zone to set new goals for herself?
