Project Description
I started my leader project with an intent to begin coaching conversations with teachers at other schools, which ended in several presentations on 21st Century and Technology at North Valleys High School, the school where I teach. I started with a presentation on some basic technology for English teachers on March 9th that led into a presentation on 21st Century Skills based on WCSD’s Elevator Guide with fellow teacher Katie Wallace on April 20th. In the meantime, Katie and I were placed on a list of teachers within the building who were willing to share knowledge by presenting for teachers in our school, called “Wisdom within the Walls.” I will be giving a presentation on Google and all it has to offer to North Valley’s CTE department in May, but will follow up with an open session for learning about Google for any interested teachers at North Valleys.
