Garden Party (Summer Theme) | Open
Millie had spent most of her morning in her room, preparing for the garden party her mother had set up. The brunette was just happy to not have a lesson that day.
It was nearing midday when Millie left her room, and headed down to the garden. Her mother had spent a lot of time in there with the gardeners, making sure every detail was perfect.
Guests had already begun to arrive, some unfamiliar to her, but most she'd met on other occasions. She was about to turn and head to the refreshment table, when she stepped backwards, and knocked into someone else. She stumbled a bit, but once she regained her composure, she began to apologized. "I'm so sorry. How clumsy of me."
All The Constellations (Summer Theme) | Open
The night was quiet, as almost everyone who resided in the manor were asleep. The exception to that, was Millie. She sat on the roof, having climbed up from her bedroom window.
The sky was clear, and all the stars could be seen without any trouble. This made the brunette happy. She'd once explained to Chance that the stars reminded her of diamonds, glittering in a dark ocean. Now she sat, staring up at the sky, trying her best to find all the constellations she knew.
As she tried to find the North star, Millie heard something coming from below her. Looking down, she saw nothing, but she could still hear something. She wasn't sure if it was footsteps, or something else. Craning her neck, she tried to see without moving from her spot.
Zinnico: Stargazing (Summer Theme)
Nico had been working long and hard on his tiger. He wanted to perfect the language to impress Zinnia with. He worked long and hard on it. He ended up holing himself up in his room or the sanctuary, just working. He had been in his room, and hadn't even realized it had gotten late. He heard a knocking and the door. He peeled himself away from his work to answer it. He smiled wide when he saw Zinnia standing there. "Zinnia!" He said. "I'm glad to see you!"
A Camping We Will Go (Summer Theme - Modern AU) | Zinnia and Millie
Millie had been making plans to go camping since the winter. She despised the cold, and always looked forward to the summer. She was just lucky she had a friend to go with her. Zinnia and Millie had been friends for a while, ever since the party they'd met at. Now Millie was trying to pack her things in the car. She was lucky enough to have gotten her driver's license the week before, and permission from her parents to borrow the car for the next two weeks.
When everything was finally packed in the back, she hopped in the driver's seat, and went to the place Zinnia was staying at. It was unfortunate that the two girls lived so far apart, but at least Zinnia was able to travel. When she arrived, she waited for Zinnia to come out so she could help her get her belongings into the back as well.
Would anyone like to start a last minute summer thread with Brianna or Cayden?
Trip To Atlantica (Summer Theme) | Stefan and Veronica
Veronica was in bed, Stefan laying next to her, deep in sleep. She would have been too, if not for the twitch in her legs. It was a rare occurrence, that only ever happened when she had the urge to go swimming. Looking over to Stefan, she debated with herself about whether, not to take him on a journey to see the city she'd often visited as a child. She had the ability to take him, she just wasn't sure whether she should. As she went back and forth with herself, her legs twitched again, this time waking Stefan up.
Camping Trip
Camping. Rachel. Two words you didn't typically find together. Rachel didn't exactly like camping. There were too many bugs, and not enough comfort. However, she absolutely loved the scenery. She got some of her most favourite photos from the camping trips her parents planned.
There was one particular camping trip that Rachel remembered most vividly. She'd been twelve at the time, and she and her sister had gone to the lake to cool off. Rachel, being the socially awkward girl she was, had asked Susan if they could stay away from the other kids that were in the water already.
Susan had agreed, and stayed with her younger sister. However, the other children were moving closer, as they splashed each other. She remembered being splashed in the face, and being unable to breath through the torrent of water being pushed in her direction. Not long after, she began to panic, and as she tried to back away, she tripped over a sunken log, and went under the water. In her panic, she was unable to think clearly, and couldn't figure out which way was up, and which was down.
Thankfully, Susan had been there, and she pulled Rachel to the surface. Rachel, now upset, stomped her way out of the lake, and back to the camp site, where she shivered under her towel. Susan had stayed behind, and as far as Rachel knew, she'd just been swimming. This was the event when the two sisters began to drift apart.
