Well damn. My package came early.

It never fails. When I rearrange things to accommodate something. It works out how I least expected it to.

I was scheduled to go to work at 3pm. But when I got the early delivery notice this morning. I panicked and made arrangements to switch shifts with a coworker.

I expected UPS to come later today. Lately UPS been delivering later in the day after I leave for work. I couldn’t miss this package whatsoever. I know they’ll make more attempts. But the next couple business days are gonna be busy. I either won’t be home or I’ll be between shifts needing to sleep. Trying to sleep while you know you’re expecting a delivery doesn’t work well. The woes of living alone and having no safe places for packages to be left at.

I wasn’t taking any chances of it going missing. Or having to reach out to UPS for other arrangements.

I called my coworker back to switch back but he made plans. Which is fine. I was really just checking.

It’s probably for the best that this package came earlier than expected and I’m not going to work until 11pm.
