REFERENCES OF MY FAVORITE MAN. ever. next to aaron.
ELIJAH i have been working on his ref for a bit and stuff he is one of the characters that i poured a lot of time and stuff into so he's like. fave. tee hee.
wrote a bio/personality thing below the cut :] if u r interested. it isn't too well put together but it explains his personality a bit
Elijah is a very emotional person. He is extremely sensitive and if a certain topic sets him off he'll usually have an emotional outburst and start crying. He's someone that people generally have to be careful with, and with certain jokes his reaction is a gamble. He's an empath who often feels extremely overwhelmed and frustrated by all of the emotions of people around him, but he always feels obligated to help out. He was scolded a lot by his parents and teachers for always disrupting things with his emotions, so it's something he's never quite accepted about himself. He's extremely insecure and is able to find things about himself he dislikes that no one would ever think about. He's a very harsh self critic and he tends to avoid seeing himself in photos or reflections, as he's worried it'll ruin his day and make him anxious.
Beyond all of that though, he's a very empathetic and compassionate person. He's experienced some awful things in life that have made him able to easily empathize with others and offer as much support as possible. He's very comforting to be around and tries to be helpful whenever he can. He's a very generous person because he knew a lot of people growing up who had very little, and his own family struggled a lot financially because his sister had a lot of medical problems. He's extremely hardworking and reliable, albeit a bit of a pushover.
1 John 1:7 (CEV) -
But if we live in the light, as God does, we share in life with each other. And the blood of His Son Jesus washes all our sins away.
