Fragbad is the 11th gretchen to join the Venombelly Warband.

Kept experimenting with layering highlights and was fairly happy with everything but I pushed the highlighting slightly too far so I thought I'd try to use a wash to bring them down.

I used Agrax Earthshade and got this grimy 'camo' effect instead of bringing the highlights back down as intended.

So Fragbad gets some lore too - he's the grot who is always sent into the muckiest, filth-encrusted sections of a weapon or vehicle when they break down or need repairs.

短命の美　Краса короткого життя

銀の雨が　夜を洗い流し 瑠璃の朝が　静寂を連れてゆく 天の重き扉　きしり音を立てて開かれ 黄金のたてがみ　輝きが満ちる

威厳を纏いし　獅子の王 光の回廊を歩み　ここに入る

風の声は　天より降り立ち 見えざる翼で　地表を撫でる 「目覚めよ」と囁く　精霊の吐息に 固く閉ざした　蕾がほどける

獅子王のオーラ　大地を焦がさず ただ凍てついた　心を温め 枯れ木に宿る　命を揺らす

咲き誇れ　春の幻 満開の桜　天蓋となり 集いし人々　その美に癒され 生まれ変わる季節を　祝福する

けれど美しさは　刹那の約束 短き命は　風に誘われ 留まることを　許されはしない

散りゆく定めも　悲劇にあらず 風の声と　ひとつになりて 花弁は鳥へ　夢へと変わる

舞い上がれ　空の彼方へ 妖精と共に　螺旋を描き 獅子の目が見守る　光の中で 最期の時まで　美しく舞え

雨上がりの朝 夢は空へ還る 桜の雨が　風に溶けてゆく <>

Срібний дощ омиває ніч без сліду, Лазуровий світанок тишу несе. Важкі небесні брами зі скрипом відчиняються, І золота грива сяйвом світ наповнює.

У величі постає цар-лев, Крокує коридором світла й входить сюди.

Голос вітру з небес спускається вниз, Невидимими крилами торкає землю. На шепіт духів: «Прокинься», Міцно зімкнений бутон поволі розквітає.

Аура царя-лева землю не палить, Лише зігріває закам’янілі серця, І пробуджує життя в сухих гілках.

Розквітай, примаро весни, Повний цвіт сакури — мов небесний шатер. Люди, що зійшлися, зціляються красою, І благословляють оновлену пору.

Та краса — це обітниця миті, Коротке життя кличе за собою вітер, Йому не дано залишатися.

Навіть суджене опадати — не трагедія, Злившись із голосом вітру, Пелюстки стають птахами, стають мріями.

Злітайте високо, за обрій небес, Разом із феями, креслячи спіраль. Під наглядом лева, у сяйві світла, Танцюйте красиво до останньої миті.

Ранок після дощу. Мрії повертаються в небо. Дощ із сакури тане у вітрі. <>

Short-Lived Beauty

The silver rain washes the night away As the lapis lazuli morning brings the silence The heavy gates of heaven open with a creak And the golden mane fills the world with radiance

Clad in majesty, the Lion King Treads the corridor of light and enters here

The voice of the wind descends from the heavens Stroking the earth’s surface with invisible wings At the breath of spirits whispering "Awaken," The tightly closed buds begin to unfurl

The Lion King’s aura does not scorch the earth It simply warms the frozen hearts And stirs the life dwelling within withered trees

Bloom in full glory, O phantom of spring The cherry blossoms in full bloom become a canopy The gathered people are healed by that beauty Blessing the season of rebirth

But beauty is a promise of a fleeting moment Short-lived life is beckoned by the wind And is never permitted to remain

The destiny to scatter is no tragedy Becoming one with the voice of the wind The petals transform into birds, into dreams

Soar high, toward the far reaches of the sky Drawing a spiral alongside the fairies Under the watchful gaze of the Lion’s eyes, within the light Dance beautifully until the very final moment

Morning after the rain The dream returns to the sky The rain of cherry blossoms melts into the wind
