Alright so.

Weapon X/Weapon 10 - the series of experiments where they put metal on Logan's bones and tortured him and put a bunch of machinery on him as portrayed in the Marvel Comics Presents arc "Weapon X" (also simply known as Experiment X). Also the name Weapon Plus operated under for years/the continuation of the original Weapon Plus program. This program included experiments on Mutants and humans alike to try and create more supersoldiers, study Mutants and superpowers in general. Team X was a part of this section of the Weapon Plus program. Their facility was located in Canada.

Weapon Plus - the actual name of the program the Weapon X experiments were a part of. Was revealed to have been involved in the creation of Captain America (Weapon 1/I). Characters experimented on/created in Weapon Plus include Fantomex, the Stepford Cuckoos, and Typhoid Mary. Romulus and John Sublime were behind many of the program's experiments and Weapons. Involved with at least a few governments.

The Facility - Not a direct offshoot of the Weapon X program, but rather pieces and bits of things that were apart of the program. Less militarized than its predecessors, more of a personal business-based organization. Main goal is creation of assassins and killing machines. The Facility created Kimura, Laura Kinney and the Predators X.

Random Alchemax scientists - Created mostly unsuccessful clones of Laura Kinney (Gabby, Bellona, Zelda, etc).

Team X - The execution of the Weapon X experiments' goals. A team of operatives carrying out missions in secret for the C.I.A. The operatives (including Wolverine, Sabretooth, Maverick, John Wraith and Silver Fox, among others) were manipulated and had fake memories implanted in their minds. This team notably fought Omega Red.

Department K - An offshoot of the Weapon X experiments run by the Canadian Government. Responsible for the creation of Deadpool.

Weapon X (Age of Apocalypse) - Logan's codename in the Age of Apocalypse.

Weapon X Team - A project ran by Malcolm Colcord with similar goals to the original Weapon X program. This new program established a Mutant concentration camp in Canada where Mutants were experimented on, studied, and executed. The Project also included a team of Mutant operatives, some recruited willingly, other forced in, who were meant to tie up loose ends of the former programs and hunt "failed experiments". Members of this team included Marrow, Aurora (forced into the ordeal), Chamber (a spy for the X-Men), Sabretooth, Maverick, and Sauron. They fought Cable's Underground (who some members of the program were working with). The program was torn apart from the inside and abandoned.

Weapon X (Kane) - Garrison Kane, a assassin experimented on by Department K. Went by the name Weapon X.

Weapon X-Men - A team consisting of Chamber, Thunderbird, Cable and Wolverine that didn't do much.

I learned recently that Emma Frost is actually a natural brunette (instead of blonde). However, I also recently read "X-Men Phoenix Warsong" where the rest of Emma's thousand daughters are revealed. In their capsules, they are all shown to have blonde hair, and since Sublime probably didn't see the need to dye their hair then I assume it's their natural color. Since the Cuckoos have different hair than Emma as well as an improved diamond form, I'm wondering if they aren't purely clones. Could Sublime have included the DNA of one or more other mutants to enhance their powers? Could the Cuckoos have a "father?"

Yes, Emma is a natural brunette (although her mother Hazel and most of her siblings are blond, which is plot relevant for later) who was relentlessly Mean Girled by the popular blond girls at her private school. There's a whole fascinating sexual psychodrama about how the ideal form that Emma transformed herself through extensive plastic surgery and high-end cosmetology and fashion into is the avatar of her stock photo "bullies" that I'm not qualified to get into, but needless to say Connor Goldsmith has you covered on this.

And yes, one of the many problematic elements of the creative decision to have the Stepford Cuckoos (hat tip again to Connor) be Emma's biological children is that they're all naturally blond identical quintuplets who all look like young Emmas, even though Emma's appearance is deliberately, consciously artificial and genetics does not work that way, Lamarck.

However, this is due in part to the fact that they are not technically clones of Emma - although they are clones of each other, created en masse originally in their thousands by the Weapon Plus program. That fact is potentially quite significant, because it is highly likely that the Cuckoos' genetic father chosen by Weapon Plus (out of some weird Lamarckian eugenic theory, because the Super-Soldier Serum does not work that way either) is none other than Steve Rogers (whose preserved DNA samples as part of Project Rebirth makes him also Weapon Zero), and who also happens to be blond with blue eyes.

I like this idea a lot, mostly for the comedy value of the whole Emma/Steve ship. The Cuckoos historically think that Cap is an old square (then again, they think anyone over thirty is old). But I do kind of love the thought of them trying to parent trap Emma and Steve together as a prank - only for Steve to become the most awkwardly well-meaning "dad who stepped up" ever. I think the Cuckoos would absolutely hate being dragged to Mets games, but they'd probably be really surprised when Cap takes them to MoMa the next weekend and demonstrates a frighteningly in-depth knowledge of art history and a surprising familiarity with queer NYC circa the 20s and 30s.

Wolverine & Captain America: Weapon Plus

This may have been done to death before but I gotta say it anyway.

So, Nicepool has no healing factor. This implies he A.) never got cancer and/or B.) was never experimented on by Weapon Plus. That's why he's all Ryan Reynolds pretty.

However, he still has 4th wall powers. Although potentially not as strong. As he puts it, he "gently taps" instead of breaks, though this probably because he's "nice."

Now, does this mean that Deadpool has an actual inate power in 4th wall awareness? Is Deadpool actually a mutant that catalyzed later in life like comic Magneto instead being a mutate? Am I reading too much into it? Probably lol
