Across from my neighborhood is a farm with horses and has some sort of competition on Saturday with them.

It's known, but I think that's only because we're near Beaverton, which practically everybody knows about.

There are two parks within walking distance of my house.

There's also an Intel campus within walking distance and another one that's a five minute drive away.
