For #BlackAugust2018 let’s make it a point to write a letter to a #PoliticalPrisoner at least once a week and to send a financial contribution to their commissary as well. There are many former #BlackPanther Party for Self-Defense still incarcerated. We are going to do our best to make support of and for them real. This donation is from funds we collected during the National Black United Front (NBUF) #SankofaStudyCircle. We not only study history, we make it. We are making it a point at every session to financially support our political prisoners. #MassIncarceration is a critical issue in our community and it will not be ignored! We challenge all of our people that are about that life to support our sisters and brothers on lock down by putting something on their books!
