Okay first of all, god bless you, and second, how funny that I got this before getting one for sebinis when I’ve been on such a weaslow kick lately!

when I started shipping it if I did: I’m really not sure? I think it started kind of as a brainrot/joking around, probably with @slytherinlives, it’s probably her fault.

my thoughts: AAAAAAAAA. I love them so much together, your honor.

What makes me happy about them: They don’t have the history that sebinis has, and that makes it freeing. I think they both have competitive streaks a mile wide, but Sebastian takes it seriously and thinks of Garreth as a rival, whereas for Garreth, it’s all fun. They’re both effortlessly charming and play off each other so well.

What makes me sad about them: Not even a thing that makes me sad, more a “the more, the merrier,” but I find it hard to imagine Sebastian wouldn’t be with Ominis unless that wasn’t a choice. So I always end up ot3-ing them. But if that’s not an option, then I think their relationship will always be tinged with a bit of sadness or longing on Sebastian’s end because he’d never get over Ominis.

things done in fanfic that annoys me: I’ve never seen anything I didn’t like.

things I look for in fanfic: THEM, YOUR HONOR??? They’re a bit of a sunshine/grump pairing for me because Sebastian has a lot more anger. But love seeing things that explore Garreth’s hidden depths and don’t just make him the court jester.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Both of them, with Ominis, in a happy little ot3. I don’t really ship either of them with anyone else besides each other and/or Ominis, though either of them with any member of the Gaunt family would be delicious.

My happily ever after for them: Garreth has the potions shop/brewery of his dreams, and Sebastian has a fulfilling career that lets him channel his natural curiosity and intellectual talents, and they come home to each other.

who is the big spoon/little spoon: Sebastian fights it, but Garreth cannot be contained as little spoon. He’s taller than Sebastian, and he’s so leggy and long-limbed that he just wraps himself around Sebastian. Sebastian loves it more than he admits.

what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Garreth is a really good listener. He doesn’t ask questions or pry, he just sort of waits. And it gets Sebastian to talk. Garreth also plans dates that are just a hit, every time, because he’s a good listener.
