It begins... in Cape Town, commissioning armatures made to my particular specifications, for my new project โSit with meโ. I will be attending three festivals in South Africa, teaching workshops, engaging local weavers for cultural exchange and demonstrating the weaving of a new sculpture, piece by piece (body part by body part).
