I've been eating too few calories
All these BMR calculators have been confusing. And I've also been confused on if exercise counts into it or not. But then I used WebMD.com's and they broke it down for me.
Based on my stats, to lose 1lb per week I should eat 1698 calories.
If I burn 250 a day in exercise, I need to eat 1948 calories to lose 2lbs per week.
I've been busting my butt dieting and exercising and not seeing results. Why? Because I have been only eating 1430 calories per day and burning between 250-500 per day that's why. I have lost fat but the number on the scale did not change. I want to see that number drop. Time to revamp my routine.

Limit your calories from FOOD to 1948 calories per day. Burn an additional 250 calories per day or 1750 calories per week through FITNESS. Note: The amount of calories you eat (1948) minus the calories you burn through fitness (250) equals your daily calorie goal (1698). Things like doing laundry, grocery shopping, and walking all count as fitness, so be sure to note these as well.
