hi everyone. not to keep begging for money online, but we're still trying to make up for what we weren't able to save while I was out of work.
I've been unemployed since January. I'm finally in training for a new job, and hopefully sometime after Tuesday I'll start actually working. my partner has been able to pay the bills in the meantime, but we haven't been able to put almost any money towards our wedding because of it. this has been in the works for years, and (before i lost my job) we finally thought we could make it happen, so now we're locked into contracts and can't even push the date back to save any more money.
the fundraiser is only for about half of what we need, and we're already about halfway to that goal! I'm so grateful to everyone who has helped out so far. I know everything is hard for everyone right now, and that support means the world to us
i understand not being able to donate, so shares are also appreciated!
ETA: I'm working again! Money isn't as tight as it was, but we are rapidly approaching our deadlines to get things paid for and I'm really starting to stress out that we're not going to get it done in time. We both really appreciate all the donations we've received so far! But we only have about a month left till we hit our last deadlines for payment, and there's so much left that we aren't in contracts for that we still need to buy because we've been focusing on all the most pressing stuff first. Please keep spreading this around! It means the world to us!
